# ลิขสิทธิ์

iWallet เป็น Bot หรือโปรแกรมอัตโนมัติ ที่เอาไว้ซื้อ/ขาย แลกเปลี่ยนเหรียญ (Digital Token) บน DeFi (Decentralized Finance) โดยใช้ Concept Rebalancing แบบ 50:50 

จัดทำขึ้นโดย นาย จิตกร พิทักษ์เมธากุล ลิขสิทธิ์และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาทั้งหมด ถือว่าเป็นของ นาย จิตกร พิทักษ์เมธากุล แต่เพียงผู้เดียว ในที่นี้ขอเรียกว่า "ผู้พัฒนา"

iWallet มี 2 เวอร์ชัน

* สำหรับเวอร์ชัน Free ผู้พัฒนาไม่อนุญาตให้ทำการคัดลอก ทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลง (ไม่ว่าจะส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่ง หรือทั้งหมด) ไม่อนุญาตให้นำไปจำหน่าย ขายต่อ โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต แต่อนุญาตให้สามารถนำไปแจกจ่าย และใช้

  งานได้ฟรีโดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น แต่จะไม่ได้ครอบคลุมถึงเรื่องความรับผิดชอบ และการชดเชยค่าเสียหายที่ได้อธิบายไว้ในหน้า [ราคาและเงื่อนไข](/pricing.md#undefined-1)
* สำหรับเวอร์ชัน Pro ผู้พัฒนาไม่อนุญาตให้ทำการคัดลอก ทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลง (ไม่ว่าจะส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่ง หรือทั้งหมด) ไม่อนุญาตให้นำไปแจกจ่าย จำหน่าย ขายต่อ หากฝ่าฝืน จะถือว่าเงื่อนไขข้อตกลงที่ได้อธิบายไว้ในหน้า [ราคาและเงื่อนไข](/pricing.md#undefined-1) นั้นเป็นโมฆะ 

สำหรับผู้ที่นำ iWallet ไปแจกจ่าย จำหน่าย ขายต่อโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้พัฒนา  ทางผู้พัฒนาจะขอแจ้งความดำเนินคดีทางกฏหมายต่อผู้นั้นอย่างถึงที่สุด
